Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated After-School / Summer Counselors to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support to students, helping them navigate academic, social, and personal challenges.Duties:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with students
- Develop and implement programs to address student needs
- Collaborate with parents and administrators to support student success
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive school environment
- Offer academic support through tutoring sessions
- Utilize behavior management techniques to address student issues
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities such as theater or camps
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
- Ability to educate and mentor students effectively
- Proficiency in behavior management strategies
