Role:
Assists in the creation, planning and implementation of the Connections program
  • the daily activities for our residents.
You will ensure the maximum levels of resident leisure contentment, as well as physical, mental, and psychological well being.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of the Connections activity program for the community. Works closely with Wellness Associates for the implementation of Connections activity programs.
Requirements :
High School Diploma, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or other related field (Preferred) Previous experience in healthcare or service related setting (Preferred) Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.
