Life Enrichment Coordinator Seneca Place - 3.0 Verona, PA Job Details Full-time 3 hours ago Qualifications Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Are you a creative and energetic individual who enjoys bringing joy to others? Seneca Place, a vibrant senior living community in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a FT Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our fun-loving team!
Schedule available:
M-F 9am-5pm, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. In this role, you will: Plan, develop, and implement a variety of engaging activities and programs for residents, tailored to their interests and abilities. Foster a positive and inclusive social environment through activities that promote socialization, physical and mental well-being, and lifelong learning. Lead activities such as games, arts and crafts, exercise classes, musical programs, and educational workshops. Collaborate with the care team to ensure activities are appropriate for residents' individual needs and preferences. Build relationships with residents, getting to know them on a personal level and creating a sense of community. Document resident participation and program outcomes. You are a great fit for this role if you: Have a minimum of one year of experience working with older adults in a senior living community or related setting (preferred). Possess a strong passion for enriching the lives of seniors. Are creative, enthusiastic, and have a knack for bringing people together. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Are able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently. Are a team player with a positive attitude.
