April 3, 2026 Make a difference in children's lives this summer while leading fun and unique adventures throughout the Brandywine region and beyond! Counselors can let their creativity shine as they design lesson plans according to the weekly camp theme. Junior counselors work directly with and provide assistance to counselors. Spend time outdoors as you develop leadership skills and inspire campers through activities such as building forts in the woods, dip netting for tadpoles at the pond, floating down the Brandywine Creek, leading off-site adventure trips and MORE! Our camps are outdoor nature based and we love helping campers build character, forge friendships, and become the explorer and adventurer they really are. Our goal is that campers leave each day wet and muddy!Benefits:

Training:
June 15- 19, 2026
Camp Dates:
June 22, 2026- August 7, 2026 (7 weeks of summer camp) plus optional week of August 10th
Work Hours:
8:15AM- 3:45PM Monday through
Friday Requirements :
Junior counselors must be 16 or 17 years old- salary range is between $10
- $12 per hour Counselors must be 18 or older
- salary range is between $12
- $14per hour Complete a five day training course Participate in seven weeks of summer camp, plus optional week Must be able to provide your own reliable transportation Enthusiasm, flexibility, positive attitude and enjoy working outdoors Comfortable working with and engaging campers ages 4
- 15 Comfortable receiving and giving instructions to and working with co-counselors Have a current CPR/First Aid certification or complete the CPR/First Aid course during provided during training Assist with at least two weeks of before and/or after care duties as needed/assigned Employment contingent upon background checks
