Camp Director & Executive Director About the Role Camp Stomping Ground is looking for a warm, organized, and adaptable Office Coordinator to join our team this summer. This role is the connective tissue between our new and returning families and the people running camp on the ground. You'll field calls, respond to emails, shepherd new families through the enrollment process, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks so our Camp Director can actually direct camp. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, love kids, and believe families deserve to feel genuinely welcomed from the very first phone call, this might be your summer. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls and emails from families with warmth and efficiency Guide new camper families through enrollment, paperwork, and onboarding Support the Camp Director and Executive Director with administrative follow-up Track outstanding forms, registrations, and family communications Coordinate logistics during camper arrival and departure days Flag urgent issues to the right person quickly and calmly Keep records organized and up to date in our camp management system

We believe kids are more capable than the world gives them credit for, and everything we do reflects that. This is a place with real heart, and we want our families to feel that from their very first interaction with us.
