MAD PARK

is looking for motivated, passionate, and responsible high school and college students to be part of our 3-week summer camp experience! This is an opportunity to gain leadership skills, mentor younger scholars, and be a role model while earning income. Duties Support Camp Activities

• Assist in hands-on learning experiences, including cooking, STEAM projects, music, art, and movement Engage with Scholars
• Serve as a mentor and encourage scholars through participation, teamwork, and fun Ensure Safety & Organization
• Help maintain a structured and positive camp environment Lead by Example
• Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and leadership throughout camp sessions Skills High school students (ages 16+) and college students who are enthusiastic about working with youth Reliable and responsible individuals who can engage with scholars in a meaningful way Leaders and role models who demonstrate positive behavior, teamwork, and communication skills Students with a passion for mentorship, movement, education, or youth development Expectations Commit to all 3 weeks of camp (50 hours total) Arrive on time daily & be an active participant Be a positive influence and motivator for younger scholars Follow camp guidelines and safety procedures Work collaboratively with camp staff and fellow student hires

Pay:

From $10.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 17.0 per week
