Inspiring "Adventure For Life", Adrenaline Monkey is an innovative family adventure park dedicated to empowering guests of all ages, sizes, and abilities through adrenaline-pumping adventures. Adrenaline Monkey customers (AKA warriors) will embrace adventure and be entertained with purpose for hours at a time.

Ninja Courses Mega Boulder Wall Gamified Ninja Runs Ninja Monkey Soft Play Vertical Adventures Ninja x Ninja Warped walls Slides We offer experiences for everyone: drop-ins, birthday parties, group events, team-building outings, holiday/summer camps, after-school, homeschool hang, sensory-friendly time, toddler time, youth/adult classes, competitions We are hiring for the following positions: Front Desk Party Hosts Course Operators If you are interested in being a Supervisor (ages 21+), please see our other job listing. Adventure Troop Members are responsible for a varying number of activities throughout their shift, providing participants with a high-quality experience. Examples of daily activities include and will vary by position include: Check-in members and customers for daily activities Ensure correct equipment is available for the adventure course, and proper set up of all play areas Ensure events start on time and are paced accurately Provide supervision on adventure equipment (walls, courses, etc.) Keep supervisor/manager/owner informed of issues and updates Assist in program coordination and execution Be knowledgeable about prices, programming, and events Resolve all guest concerns and complaints and/or direct them to the appropriate Manager Know and enforce the park's policies, procedures, and rules Opportunities to provide adventure instruction and coach youth (based on experience) Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as directed

Requirements:

Have the ability to work with a wide variety of ages from pre-school through adult Have sports experience or an interest in learning Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance are necessary Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations Must be respectful and friendly to our guests Must take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facility Commitment to the safety and well-being of others

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist-high Will be required to stand for extended periods Able to enter information on computers The park has intermittent noise
