Activity Aide (Part-Time) Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - Weakley, TN Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring a caring, energetic, and dependable Part-Time Activity Aide to help enrich the lives of our residents through engaging activities, social interaction, and meaningful experiences. Activity Aide Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting recreational activities for residents. Lead group activities including games, crafts, music, exercise programs, holiday events, and social gatherings. Encourage resident participation and engagement in activity programs. Provide one-on-one visits and individualized activities for residents unable to attend group programs. Help decorate and prepare for special events, celebrations, and community outings. Document resident participation and progress according to facility guidelines. Work closely with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being. Promote a positive, welcoming, and resident-centered environment. Previous experience in activities, recreation, healthcare, customer service, childcare, senior living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative, energetic, and compassionate personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working with seniors, dementia residents, or rehabilitation patients is a plus.
