Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a warm, creative, and energetic Activities Coordinator to enrich the daily lives of our residents. In this role, you'll plan and lead a full calendar of engaging programs while also being a hands-on presence at mealtimes — helping serve meals and making sure every resident feels seen and cared for. What You'll Do Plan, organize, and facilitate daily and weekly activities including fitness classes, arts and crafts, games, musical entertainment, seasonal events, and community outings Develop and maintain the monthly activities calendar, ensuring a variety of programs that meet residents' physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs Assess individual resident interests and abilities to create personalized and inclusive programming Assist with meal service — helping set up the dining room, serving food and beverages, and providing friendly, attentive support to residents during mealtimes Coordinate with volunteers, outside vendors, and entertainers Document attendance and resident participation in accordance with facility standards Maintain activity supplies and equipment within budget What We're Looking For Genuine passion for working with older adults Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for calendar management and documentation Must be able to stand for extended periods and assist with light physical tasks Why Join Us Meaningful work that makes a real difference every day Supportive team environment Competitive pay BR6
