  • Assist customers throughout every step of the vehicle purchasing process while providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Present and demonstrate motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft, and other powersports products to customers.
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their wants, needs, and riding interests Guide customers through pricing, financing options, trade evaluations, and purchase decisions.
  • Negotiate directly with customers in a professional and customer-focused manner Explain vehicle features, accessories, and available upgrades.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge on current inventory, new models, and industry trends.
  • Follow up with customers before and after the sale to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with the finance and management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process Enjoy a career where you get to drive the newest off-road vehicles daily!
Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required Two to four year college degree preferred, but not required 1-2+ years sales and customer service experience preferred Power sports sales background preferred, but not required Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment Strong written and communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional appearance and work ethic Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Working ConditionsIndoor and Outdoor. Day will be spent at desk working with customers or on the lot showing vehicles.
Pay:
Up to $85,844.74 per year
