The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and experience working with a range of ages. This role involves teaching and monitoring individuals in a variety of physical activities. The Coach will be responsible for fostering a positive environment that encourages skill development and personal growth. Duties Teach fundamental skills. Promote overall fitness and health. Manage a group class. Monitor members' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience in coaching in a group enviroment. Experienced in Functional Fitness. Experience in yoga and pilates is a plus. Ability to engage members through effective communication and motivational strategies. A passion for promoting physical fitness and well-being.
