Job Description

Love working with kids? Have previous childcare experience? Interested in a complimentary gym membership and discounts off retail and nutrition merchandise ?! Burn Boot Camp Cedar Park is looking for loving, kind, compassionate individuals to work in our Childwatch Room. Burn Boot Camp is a boutique lifestyle facility that offers complimentary Childwatch to its members and trial guests. We accept kiddos from 8 weeks to 12 years of age. Our Childwatch room has space and activities to appeal to all ages. Our Childwatch associates arrive before our camp times and greet members and guests as they bring their child(ren) into the room. They entertain and watch children (from 8 weeks to 12 years of age) for a 45-minute period before their parent picks them back up after their workout. Our members and kids love our Childwatch associates as they get to see each other regularly and often. Burn Boot Camp is a fun and rewarding place to work. We are looking for an individual to work a mix of daytime (7
  • 1PM) and evening (4
  • 8PM) shifts throughout the week for a total of 10
  • 20 hours, as well as an occasional Saturday shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizing and participating in recreational activities, such as games and arts and crafts Organizes and stores toys and materials Sanitizes toys, play equipment and completes the daily cleaning checklist Have weekly touch points with the Childwatch Lead to align on current focuses, organize events or games and arts and crafts Answer any questions regarding Childwatch to parents and prospective members
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication and customer service skills Prior experience in child care Ability to multi-task and stay organized Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills CPR/AED certification (will need to certify if not already certified)
