Full-Time (35-40 hrs./week; Seasonal)

Pay:

$19 per hour or $21 per hour for bilingual in

Spanish Season Length:

August 5, 2026 to March 5, 2027

Schedule:

Approximately 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Monday-Friday, following local school calendars and schedules At Apex Leadership Co., we do more than raise funds—we raise leaders. As an Apex Team Member, you'll be a mentor, presenter, event leader, and culture builder at schools across your area. How?

• Bring

BIG ENERGY

every morning and confidently engage hundreds of students during school assemblies, classroom visits, and special events.

• Teach daily leadership lessons to students in grades K-8.
• Build relationships with teachers, principals, PTO/PTA leaders, and parents through online and in-person communication.
• Lead high-energy events like school-wide fun runs, obstacle course challenges, and color powder games that kids will never forget.
• Set up and break down events, manage inventory, distribute prizes, and keep your school program organized.
• Stage photo/video opportunities and create social media content to engage and inspire. Ideal Team Members have experience in or natural affinity for:
• Theater or stage performance
• Summer camps or after-school programs
• Youth sports coaching or fitness instruction
• Public speaking or leadership training
• Event planning and execution
• Online communication (email, social media)

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Must pass a background check and have a good driving record
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors and be active throughout the school day in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable traveling to schools throughout the greater Sugar Land - Pearland area, including Fulshear, Richmond, Missouri City areas
