Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for a high-energy coach to work with kids ages 6-13 focused on speed, agility, and overall athletic development. You don't need a coaching resume, just a sports/athletic background, a great attitude, and a genuine love for working with kids. If you're the type of person who lights up around young athletes and wants to help them build confidence and move better, this is for you. Responsibilities
  • Lead fun, high-energy speed and agility sessions for youth athletes
  • Keep kids engaged, motivated, and having a great time while working hard
  • Provide simple, age-appropriate coaching cues and feedback
  • Help maintain a safe, positive environment every session
  • Communicate with parents when needed about their child's progress What We're Looking For
  • High energy — this is a must
  • Athletic or sports background (played or coached, doesn't matter)
  • Reliable transportation to get to sessions on time
  • Comfortable and patient working with kids ages 6-13
  • Willing to learn and grow as a coach, we'll teach you the rest Hours Late afternoon/evening hours, perfect if you have a day job or go to school.
Sessions run weekday evenings and we work around your schedule as we grow. Pay Base hourly rate plus commission. The more your class grows and the better your retention, the more you make. This is a real opportunity to build something and get paid for it.
