You will work directly with our Activity Director to run daily events, manage activity supplies, and keep residents engaged. A good shift depends on teamwork and floor coordination. You will help set up event spaces, gather residents from their rooms, and ensure activities run smoothly and on schedule.

Responsibilities Assist the Activity Director with planning, setting up, and running daily facility events. Lead scheduled group activities, crafts, and games for residents. Help transport residents safely to and from activity areas. Visit with residents 1-on-1 and encourage participation in daily programs. Keep accurate daily logs of resident attendance and engagement. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in long-term care, senior living, or event planning preferred. Strong communication skills and a comfortable public speaking presence for leading groups. Must pass a criminal background check. Must be able to pass a drug screening.
