Counselors are positive role models who bring energy, structure, and care to everything they do. Responsibilities Supervise and engage campers throughout the day Lead and support hands-on activities and group games Create a positive, inclusive, and safe environment Build relationships with campers and families Follow daily schedules and camp procedures Assist with setup, cleanup, and transitions Model respect, leadership, and teamwork Qualifications 18+ years old Experience working with children preferred Energetic, dependable, and responsible Able to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Schedule Seasonal summer position Must be available during scheduled camp weeks Why Camps by KT We believe limited exposure creates limited possibilities.
