What You'll Do:

Lead and participate in engaging, hands-on activities, events, trips, and celebrations within assisted living and memory care settings, encouraging resident involvement and highlighting individual talents. Personally facilitate activities and outings•including scheduling transportation, driving the community van or bus, and assisting residents directly during trips and events. Engage with one-on-one residents daily, providing companionship, encouragement, and assistance during activities to foster connection and a sense of belonging.
