Job Description

Make a Difference in Your Community While Building Meaningful Relationships Are you outgoing, compassionate, and energized by connecting with people? Join our team as a Community Activities Coordinator / Community Support Representative and help create engaging experiences that brighten the lives of seniors, patients, families, and community partners. In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with our Business Development team to organize and participate in fun, meaningful community events within facilities, senior living communities, and healthcare organizations. From bingo and coffee socials to birthday celebrations and outreach events, you'll help bring positivity, connection, and support to the communities we serve. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, event coordination, customer service, and making a lasting impact every day. What You'll Do Support Business Development Liaisons with community outreach activities and facility events Help coordinate and participate in engaging activities including bingo, coffee bars, birthday celebrations, health fairs, and more Build positive relationships with senior living communities, healthcare facilities, and community organizations Assist with scheduling and coordinating calendars for multiple Business Development team members Represent the agency professionally in the community and promote our mission and services Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, team-oriented attitude Maintain organized records, event materials, and communication updates What We're Looking For High School Diploma required; college coursework preferred Previous office, customer service, healthcare, or community outreach experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, energetic personality with the ability to engage diverse groups of people Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required Why You'll Love This Role Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community Fun and engaging work environment Variety in your day — no two days are the same Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunity for growth within healthcare and community relations Flexible schedule with community involvement Physical & Work Environment This position includes a combination of office work and community event participation.
