What You'll Do As an Activities Associate, you'll help create engaging and meaningful experiences for our assisted living residents by: Planning and leading recreational, social, cultural, and wellness activities Assisting with the creation of monthly activity calendars and newsletters Setting up and facilitating group events and programs Helping coordinate and occasionally provide transportation for outings Building positive relationships with residents Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities What We're Looking For A positive attitude and a heart for serving seniors Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented personality Willingness to learn and take initiative No experience required - entry-level friendly!
