Family Biz Kids is looking for enthusiastic and passionate educators/camp counselors to join our incredible team for a dynamic four-day program, June 24-28, 2026. We're not your average program - we offer a low-ratio, high-quality experience where you can make a real difference in the lives of young children while having a blast! Imagine spending your days in a beautiful resort setting, working with amazing families and their children. This isn't just a job; it's an adventure! We're searching for talented individuals to fill the following roles:
Head Counselors & Assistants:
Specializing in engaging and nurturing experiences for: Infants - Toddlers Preschool (3-5-year-olds) School Age (6-13) Do you have what it takes? We're looking for: A passion for working with young children in a group setting. A High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Bonus points for a Preschool CDA credential, an Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, CPR and First Aid Training, and/or Lifeguard Certification! What will you be doing? Leading age-appropriate and exciting activities that will spark children's imaginations. Being a role model and a dedicated early childhood educator.
