Job Description

Bay Creek Resort, located in Cape Charles, VA , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Nature Preserve Ranger/Recreation Coordinator ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures Maintains up-to-date knowledge of department programs, events, and activities; answers guest questions regarding such programs Records all cash, check, and charge transactions based on established cash control procedures Maintains understanding of operating procedures for the pool, bikes, boats, and fitness equipment Completes checklists for opening, closing, and daily procedures Takes direction from the Facility Coordinator, Special Events and Youth Coordinator, and Conference Recreation Coordinator Assists in the implementation of programs, including youth programs, special events, and conference recreation events Provides a safe environment within facilities and activities Processes recreation reservations as needed Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Maintains regular and reliable attendance Performs other duties as required Plant and Wildlife knowledge Certifications Preferred but not required Healthcare Benefits
