Job Description
Harmony Senior Services , a certified Great Place To Work and one the country's fastest growing companies in the luxury senior living industry, is seeking Activities Assistant to join the team at its Harmony at Oakbrooke community. As an Activities Assistant , you will be responsible for implementing meaningful activity and recreational programs for the community.
Requirements:
- A certified activities professional; or has two years of experience in a social or recreational program within the last five years, one year of which was full‑time in a long-term care setting providing programs for seniors with Alzheimer's and other related Dementia
- Certified Dementia Practitioner or Eligible for Certification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification or eligibility to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Valid driver's license for the state in Virginia
- Must have a safe/good driving record and be able to provide copy of the MVR. Must have or be willing to obtain a Commercial Driver's License, if required Why Should You Apply?
