Inspiration Crew Member: Studio Lead

Crozet Inspiration Station Craft Studio & Retail Shop •Looking for Wednesday/Thursday/Weekend day availability 15 hours average a week Position Overview Crozet Inspiration Station is a welcoming, hands-on craft studio and retail shop where creativity, community, and joy come together. We are looking for an enthusiastic Crew Member who genuinely loves working with children, enjoys all things arts-and-crafts, and thrives in a lively, people-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Studio Support Greet customers warmly and create a friendly, inclusive studio atmosphere. Assist children and families with craft activities, workshops, and open studio projects. Provide guidance, encouragement, and hands-on help during craft sessions. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging workspace for all guests. Retail & Sales Assist customers with product selection in the retail shop. Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently. Restock merchandise, keep displays tidy, and support seasonal product changes. Studio Operations Help prepare craft materials for daily activities and special events. Support birthday parties, group sessions, camps, and other community events at the studio. Clean and reset the studio between sessions to maintain high standards of organization. Follow safety guidelines and help kids use materials appropriately. Qualifications Must love working with kids —patience, energy, and a nurturing presence are essential. Enthusiasm for arts, crafts, creativity, and hands-on activities. Friendly, upbeat attitude and strong communication skills.
