Duties Plan, organize, and facilitate a variety of recreational, educational, and creative activities tailored to different age groups and developmental stages Ensure the safety of all participants by supervising activities closely and enforcing program guidelines Manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement, classroom management techniques, and clear communication Collaborate with other staff members to develop inclusive programming that accommodates children with special needs or learning differences Maintain a clean and organized activity space, ensuring all equipment is safe and properly stored Assist with setup and cleanup before and after activities to ensure a smooth program flow Skills This role is perfect for energetic individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on children's lives through active leadership.
