As a Mobile Activity Specialist, you won't be tied to a single facility—you'll be on the move, bringing vibrant, meaningful activities to residents across adult family homes, assisted living communities, private residences, and more. This isn't just a job—it's a chance to brighten lives and build real relationships while doing work that matters. What You'll Do Lead engaging group and one-on-one activities that promote emotional, physical, and cognitive wellness. Plan and adapt activities to meet individual and group interests. Follow a monthly activity calendar while bringing creativity and flexibility to each visit. Collaborate with teammates during regular planning meetings and training sessions. Maintain accurate records of your activity sessions and communicate updates with your manager. What We're Looking For 2+ years experience with seniors or in activity programming, recreation therapy, adult day care, or a related setting. A compassionate, dependable team player with excellent communication skills. Creative energy and the ability to pivot on the fly . Strong verbal and written communication skills. Reliable transportation to assigned partner communities within your service area (Pierce county and surrounding areas). Able to lift up to 15 lbs and set up activity materials. Must pass a background check and obtain a food handler's permit (company reimbursed). Willing to follow all safety and facility guidelines. Have fun at work!!!
