The Front Desk Agent will assist guests with reservations, check-in and check-out processes, and process payments. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with staff and vendors to coordinate availability, answering guest inquiries, property inspections, and completing paperwork promptly and accurately. The Front Desk Agent must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations. Your goal is to provide guests with an exceptional customer service experience. Temporary position apx. June - September, 2026. Responsibilities Maintain complete knowledge of each property and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions Describe the features and amenities of properties and local amenities Complete daily check lists thoroughly and accurately Update and check reservations during daily audits to ensure flawless check in and check out process General office admin duties Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Friendly and outgoing personality Previous reservations/revenue experience in a hospitality setting is preferred Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus Computer literacy, experience with a property management system Able to lift 30 pounds Reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license Potential part time position if preferred
