You will be responsible for coordinating trips and custom tours for our travellers, answering their questions and working closely with our Japan Office. This is a full-time position at our Ontario office and is NOT a remote position. The position comes with a 3-month probation period.

Office Hours:

8:30AM to 5:30PM (1 hour lunch) - Possible Overtime during busy season (January - April).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain a high level of customer service (email & phone). Process orders, keep records of customer interactions, file documents. Handle customer requests and provide sales support. Skills /
