Job Description

Reservations Agent Our company strives to be a leading hospitality RV company by employing the very best people, trained and empowered to deliver a quality product with sensational service to every guest, every time. Position Description As a member of the Reservations Team, the Reservation Agent plays a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences by professionally managing reservation inquiries via phone, web, email, and chat. This individual will assist in maximizing occupancy and revenue through effective sales techniques, detailed reservation management, and top-tier customer service. Must be available for weekends (Sundays required) and holidays. Roles and Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and web chats in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Guide potential guests through the reservation process, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Promote resort services and amenities with in-depth knowledge and persuasive communication. Upsell site types, extend stays, and offer additional packages such as cottage/villa rentals. Maintain accurate reservation records, including guest preferences, special requests, and payments. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (e.g., occupancy, call ratios, revenue). Assist with administrative tasks such as booking, tracking, modifying, and confirming reservations. Other duties as assigned.

Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using reservation software, email systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexible & Adaptable:
Thrives in a dynamic environment, able to multitask and manage shifting priorities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, reservations, or front desk roles preferred. Strong computer proficiency and basic math skills. Must be fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus. Experience in call center or RV/campground industry is a plus.
