Travel Reservation Agent

Academy Bus is seeking a highly motivated individual to support our charter bus sales team in our busy Orlando, FL market. As a Travel Reservation Agent at Academy, you will have the opportunity to join the largest privately owned and operated transportation company in the U.S.

Travel Reservation Agent Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their charter bus reservations Provide information about our services and fleet Process reservations accurately and efficiently Handle cancellations and modifications to existing reservations Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Keep the lines of communication open between our sales managers and customers

Travel Reservation Agent Desired Qualities and Skills:

Dependable self-starter that takes initiative and accountability Solid customer service experience Effective communicator, written and verbal, by phone and email Uses active listening techniques, and clear speaking manner with customers Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with leadership, colleagues and customers Works well in a team oriented environment Organized, detail oriented, planner, and multi-tasker Superb time management skills

Travel Reservation Agent Requirements:

2 years of applicable experience in travel related reservations or customer service role Experience working in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription and Life insurance Supplemental coverages 401K plan Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Academy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
