Job Description

Luxury Chauffeured Transportation Company We are seeking an experienced and professional Luxury Reservation Agent / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury transportation environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and manage reservation requests professionally and efficiently Handle multiple phone calls and customer inquiries simultaneously Create, modify, and manage reservations accurately Provide exceptional customer service to executive, corporate, and VIP clients Research and verify pickup and drop-off locations using online mapping and research tools Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth service execution Respond to emails and customer messages promptly Maintain accurate customer and reservation records Resolve customer issues with professionalism and attention to detail Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in reservations, customer service, hospitality, transportation, or a related field Ability to manage multiple phone lines and high call volumes Strong online research skills, including the ability to locate and verify addresses, venues, airports, hotels, and points of interest Fast and accurate typing skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude Experience with reservation, dispatch, or transportation software is preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay , based on experience Monthly performance bonuses Opportunities for advancement and career growth Professional and supportive work environment To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your relevant experience.
