Seasonal Ticket Agent

Seasonal Ticket Agent EchoPark Speedway is seeking individuals to assist in the preparation and execution of our annual events including NASCAR Weekends and Monster Jam.

Duties:

Learn to sell and service Learn to sell and service fans using Ticketmaster s Archtics and TM1 Sales ticketing systems. Take inbound calls to assist fans with ticket purchases, mobile ticket education and general event questions. Make outbound calls to fans needing ticketing assistance. Work a ticket window on event days to assist fans with walk-up sales, mobile ticket troubleshooting and more. Other duties may include ticket scanning, parking operations, ticket booth setup, ticket mailing and camping check-in.

Qualifications:

18 years of age Strong customer service background Positive and professional attitude Must pass a background check The ideal candidate will adopt a GLOBE mentality.
