Job Description

Our energetic, dedicated, and motivated team works to ensure an exceptional guest experience as well as making a desirable work environment. This team member will be responsible for assisting customers in booking vacation accommodations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless booking experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
1.
Customer Service:
Provide courteous and efficient customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat platforms. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist clients in finding the perfect vacation rental property that meets their needs. 2.
Booking Management:
Process reservation requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are captured and communicated effectively to both clients and property owners. Manage booking calendars, availability, and rates to maximize occupancy and revenue. 3.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with clients, property owners, and internal team members to ensure clear and timely exchange of information regarding bookings, special requests, and any changes or updates. 4.
Sales and Up-Selling:
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, amenities, or upgrades to enhance the client's vacation experience and maximize revenue for the company. 5.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all bookings, payments, and client interactions in the reservation system. Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and procedures. 6.
Problem Solving:
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process or client's stay, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction. 7.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other team members, including property managers, maintenance/housekeeping staff, and marketing team, to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using reservation management systems and other relevant software applications. Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed. Passion for travel and hospitality industry. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus. Salary, OT and bonus. Full benefits. Work schedule will include weekends and some holidays. Compensation is based on experience.
