Job Description

Island Helicopters Kauai, Inc. is seeking a full-time Reservations and Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional customer experiences as requested by our guests. This role is ideal for a positive, detail-oriented team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing outstanding service. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential. Job Summary The Reservations and Guest Service Agent serves as a primary point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in daily operations. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, professionalism, and the ability to communicate clearly with guests in person, over the phone, and electronically. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, including 10-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays. If you enjoy customer service, sales, and working in a dynamic office environment, this may be the position for you. Responsibilities Follow all company policies and procedures Manage customer reservations, check-ins, changes, cancellations, payment processing Merchandise and inventory management Respond to guest inquiries and relay messages to appropriate departments Provide guests with directions and flight-related information Complete designated cashier and reports in the computer system Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards Protect confidential and proprietary company information Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards Anticipate and address customers' needs and provide proactive service support Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members Meet quality assurance standards and performance expectations Perform light physical duties including lifting up to 25 pounds as needed Complete other reasonable job duties, including cleaning, as requested Qualifications 1+ year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred Strong typing and data entry skills Proficiency with basic computer applications (word processing, email, internet navigation) and willingness to learn new software and systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Ability to work 10-hour shifts Drug screening and background check may be required New Hire Bonus $2,500 bonus after 6 months of continuous employment. Additional $2,500 bonus after 12 months of employment.
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
