We are looking for a customer-focused Sightseeing Ticket Kiosk Agents to join our team. As a Sightseeing Ticket Kiosk Agent, you will be responsible for selling tickets to our sightseeing tours, providing information about the tours and the company, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Sell tickets to our sightseeing tours at our ticket kiosk Provide information about the tours and the company to customers Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Ensure the ticket kiosk is clean and organized at all times Process ticket sales and cash transactions accurately Assist with promotional activities and marketing campaigns Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales position, training will be provided. Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Comfortable with using technology, including point-of-sale systems and computers Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Must pass a background check If you are a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
