The Haunted Neighborhood is looking for a friendly and reliable Ticket Salesperson & Cashier to help guests explore our strange little world of curiosities, gifts, and eerie delights. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys Halloween year-round and wants to work in a creative, themed environment where atmosphere and guest experience matter. Primary Responsibilities Assist guests with purchasing attraction tickets Provide information about experiences, combo packages, and event schedules Operate POS and ticketing systems accurately Recommend attractions and help guests plan their visit Answer common questions about the Haunted Neighborhood Maintain an efficient and welcoming front-of-house environment Additional Responsibilities Process retail transactions for gifts and curiosities Keep ticket counter and shop areas clean and organized Restock merchandise as needed Help maintain immersive atmosphere and guest experience Assist during busy weekends, events, and seasonal rushes Support opening and closing procedures Ideal Candidate Loves Halloween and spooky aesthetics Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with guests Confident handling transactions and explaining options Detail-oriented and reliable Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays Retail, ticketing, or cashier experience preferred but not required
