Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming guest calls and emails regarding availability, rates, and property details Accurately book and modify reservations in the system Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries and special requests with professionalism Collaborate with front desk teams to ensure reservation accuracy Stay informed about property promotions, policies, and local events Process payments, cancellations, and booking adjustments Manage group reservations and unique booking needs efficiently Address and follow up on guest concerns promptly Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service preferred Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems (training provided) A team-player attitude with a positive outlook
