Job Description

Ticket Agent Jefferson Lines - Missoula, MT | Part time Start your career with Jefferson Lines - where great service begins with great people. For over 105 years, Jefferson Lines has proudly served 14 states across America's heartland with safe, reliable, and friendly bus transportation. We're seeking a Part Time Ticket Agent to join our Missoula Depot Team and deliver excellent overnight customer service as part of the #1 Bus Experience in the region.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist passengers in a friendly, professional manner. Answer questions regarding schedules, ticketing, routes, and services . Sell tickets and process bus bills/orders for passengers. Assist with luggage and direct customers to appropriate departure areas. Provide support for rural transit systems and other transportation connections. Troubleshoot service issues and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively . Maintain a clean and organized ticketing area during overnight hours.
