Reservations Agent

La Fonda is a great place to work! La Fonda is looking for a full time Reservations Agent to join our team. Previous hospitality experience is a plus.

WORK PERFORMED

Reservations Agent Answer and assist all incoming guest calls and email requests. Using knowledge achieved through training to maximize potential hotel occupancy and rate by professional quoting of room availability, amenities and rates. Complete the necessary tasks required by Reservations Manager Such tasks include, but are not limited to: input of reservations, reviewing daily arrivals, confirming guest details, printing and mailing of confirmations. Maintain highest level of customer service at all times Maintain a clean work area, and maintain the current organization standards. Ensure reservations are complete and accurate to include daily arrival cross check. Follow pre-set rate yield strategy set forth by Management or Supervisor. The office is open 7 days a week.
