Vintage in the Hudson Valley Festival Ulster County Fairgrounds•New Paltz, NY $18.00 per hour July 10-12, 2026 Temporary / Seasonal About the Event Vintage in the Hudson Valley Festival is a large-scale vintage lifestyle festival featuring 250+ vendors, live tribute bands, food trucks, retro experiences, and thousands of attendees from throughout the Northeast. We are seeking friendly, reliable individuals to join our admissions team and help create a positive experience for festival guests. Position Overview Ticket Sales Associates will assist with ticket sales, guest admissions, wristband distribution, ticket scanning, and answering attendee questions at the festival entrance.
Job Description:
Sell admission tickets using Eventbrite and Square Scan digital tickets and assist with guest check-in Distribute admission wristbands Answer attendee questions and provide directions Help manage admission lines and crowd flow Maintain a professional, positive attitude Work closely with event management and fellow staff members Required Schedule Friday, July 10, 2026
Training & Setup:
9:00 AM•11:00 AM Saturday, July 11, 2026
Event Shift:
8:00 AM•6:30 PM Sunday, July 12, 2026

8:00 AM•4:30 PM Applicants must be available for all three days. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Reliable and punctual Comfortable standing for extended periods Friendly and customer-focused Comfortable using tablets and basic technology Customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is a plus Compensation & Perks $18.00 per hour Festival staff t-shirt Complimentary coffee, beverages, and snacks Opportunity for future seasonal positions at additional Studio 22 Events festivals, including future Vintage in the Hudson Valley and holiday events How to Apply Please submit your application along with any relevant work experience and a brief note about why you'd be a great fit for our event team.
