The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive customer service attitude. Duties Respond to customer support tickets and inquiries Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information Troubleshoot basic problems and escalate complex issues when needed Maintain records of customer interactions in the ticketing system Provide friendly and professional customer service Follow company procedures and support guidelines Requirements Good communication and customer service skills Basic computer and typing skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
