Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Reservation Specialist to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm in a timely manner. This role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties Maintain relationships with industry professionals & clients. Deliver quotes in a timely manner. Confirm reservations. Assist with design studio appointments as needed. Follow up with clients to confirm reservations, answer questions, and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with vendors to ensure a seamless booking processes. Qualifications Experience in the wedding or event industry is preferred. Must feel comfortable working independently or within a team setting. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to handle multiple reservations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service to every client.
