Research Full Job Description Ticket Sales Associate Position Overview:
The Windy City Bulls are seeking a highly motivated, organized and dedicated individual to fill our Ticket Sales Associate position for the off-season and upcoming season. The individual that fills this role will be responsible for supporting our Ticket Sales team with all sales and customer service efforts. We are seeking an individual who is a phenomenal teammate and willing to assist wherever they are needed, including other departments in the organization. This position will start in August 2026 and continue until the conclusion of the 2026-27 season in April 2027.
Responsibilities:
With this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in sales and learn more about the sports industry. You are primarily responsible for assisting the team with cold-calling local businesses, individuals and organizations with the goal of selling group tickets and ticket packages, as well as assisting other departments depending on business needs. More specifically, you will: Assist Ticket Sales Managers in the execution of various ticket sales events. Perform data entry to grow sales databases. Update customer information in CRM. Research and generate sales leads. Participate in providing outstanding customer service experiences to all guests of the organization both on and off-site. Handle the creation and distribution of sales collateral. Plan and implement different group themed events. Set-up community activations and special events. Participate in community appearances. Other arena and office administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
We are seeking highly dedicated and driven individuals at the early stages of their career in sports to fill this role. More specifically, you may be an ideal candidate if you meet the following criteria: A strong interest in learning and participating in sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent teammate who will contribute to our positive culture and has a desire to learn. Positive demeanor and strong work ethic. Highly organized and strong time management skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication (both written and verbal) with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. Ability to work quickly in a multifaceted, collaborative workplace.
Compensation & Benefits:
This role pays $16/hour plus commission eligibility and requires flexible work hours. The Windy City Bulls offer a relocation stipend for any candidates making a move to the state of Illinois.
