REQUIREMENTS

Customer Service Representative Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties in a fast paced environment Excellent communication and problem solving skills Client Service oriented professional with experience handling client complaints and has a problem solving mentality. Solid computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM. Excellent communication skills Attention to Detail High school diploma or educational equivalent Schedule must be flexible. Prior customer rep experience preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer incoming calls to reservations department. Input reservations into our system. Follow up calls with clients and affiliates. Communicate with clients via email and telephone. Maintain a close working relationship with our other departments.
