Quarterly Performance Bonus What We're Looking For We are seeking a Front of House Manager for a large full-service restaurant and bar in Anchorage, AK. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with a passion for guest service, team development, and operational excellence. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint Hire, train, coach, and develop service team members to maintain high performance and guest satisfaction Manage labor scheduling and staffing levels in alignment with business demands and budget goals Monitor service standards, guest feedback, and operational execution to ensure consistency and excellence Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and ongoing coaching to drive team engagement and accountability Partner with culinary and leadership teams to ensure seamless communication and execution between front and back of house Maintain compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and safety standards Assist with inventory controls, ordering, and management of front-of-house supplies Drive sales initiatives and support efforts to increase guest counts, repeat business, and overall revenue Participate in management meetings and collaborate on strategies to improve operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance Support the execution of private events, banquets, and large-scale functions to ensure a flawless guest experience
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
