Lead and manage day-to-day operations of a high-volume, quick-service restaurant Drive excellence in guest service by coaching team members and leading by example Manage team scheduling, labor costs, and ensure staffing levels meet business needs Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards in accordance with company and health department guidelines Ensure inventory control, food cost management, and accurate ordering Train, develop, and motivate team members to reach their full potential Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards Foster a positive team environment focused on delivering an outstanding guest experience
