Dry Cleaner General Manager

Duties Manage daily operations of the dry cleaning facility, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery Supervise staff including cleaners, technicians, and support personnel, providing coaching and performance feedback Oversee cleaning processes, including laundry, garment restoration, and custodial tasks, maintaining strict quality standards Implement safety protocols related to chemical handling, equipment use, and workplace hygiene to ensure a safe environment Coordinate customer service efforts, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; oversee procurement and maintenance schedules Lead staff training on best practices in cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence Requirements Proven supervising or management experience within the cleaning, or hospitality industries Strong background in cleaning processes such as laundry services, commercial cleaning, or custodial work Knowledge of garment care techniques and hotel or hospitality industry standards is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in quality control and safety compliance Experience in housekeeping management or hotel operations is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism Join us if you are passionate about leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional dry cleaning services!
