We are looking for a hands-on General Manager who can lead a high-performing team, drive sales growth, maintain operational excellence, and create a positive work environment. Position Summary The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, food quality, guest satisfaction, inventory management, cost control, and profitability. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment. ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, train, and retain team members Develop Assistant Managers and shift leaders Create a positive and accountable team culture Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Operations Management Oversee daily restaurant operations Maintain food quality and safety standards Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Manage labor scheduling to meet sales demands Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Financial Management Monitor sales performance and profitability Control labor and food costs Manage inventory and ordering Review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports Develop action plans to improve restaurant performance Community Engagement Build relationships with local schools, businesses, and organizations Participate in local marketing and promotional events Drive catering and community partnership opportunities QualificationsRequired 3+ years of restaurant management experience Experience managing teams of 20+ employees Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Preferred General Manager experience in Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurants Experience with P&L management Proven track record of increasing sales and reducing turnover Experience with inventory and food cost controls Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ($55,000•70,000) Monthly or Quarterly Performance Bonuses Paid Vacation Employee Meal Benefits Career Growth Opportunities Leadership Development Programs Flexible Scheduling What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you will: Build and retain a fully staffed team Achieve labor and food cost goals Improve guest satisfaction scores Increase sales through community engagement and local marketing Develop strong assistant managers capable of supporting growth Why Join Guthrie's?
