Dining Room Manager

Duties Supervise all aspects of dining room operations, including guest service, staff scheduling, and cleanliness standards Lead staff training and development to ensure high-quality food service and customer satisfaction Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and food handling procedures to maintain quality standards Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons Monitor shift performance, implement process improvements, and support team members in achieving their goals Requirements Proven experience in food service management within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining environments Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and conducting staff training Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling procedures Knowledge of food preparation, food safety regulations, and inventory control practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Background in hospitality management or restaurant experience; supervisory or assistant manager experience preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting Culinary experience or kitchen management knowledge is a plus but not required Join us as a Dining Room Manager and lead our team to deliver memorable dining experiences! Pay:

$13.00 - $17.00 per hour
