  • Must be full time and have much flexibility around the holidays Currently looking for a new full time team member to learn from the team for the first 3-9 months, with the goal of becoming an assistant manager
Responsibilities:
  • You are the face of The Pawms Pet Resort, so you're in charge of greeting everyone who walks in or out of The Pawms.
  • Must be comfortable in basic dog handling skills such as leashing and unleashing a dog.

  • Gather information to customize a customer's daycare, boarding, grooming, or bathing services and (feeding, medications, or any special needs the dog requires).
  • Enter customer & dog data into our computer software.
  • Answering telephone calls and emails
  • Be knowledgeable on pricing and services
  • Use social media to promote in-unit and out of unit events
  • Strive for high customer review ratings
Requirements:
MUST LOVE DOGS AND PEOPLE!
  • Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment surrounded by dogs!
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible days and hours, including some holidays and some weekends
  • Ability to make/take phone calls while still assisting lobby The Pawms is looking for team members that can meet these requirements while consistently providing the highest level of care, love, and fun for our furry friends.
Upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you. What a bonus!
Pay:
$18.00
  • $22.
00 per hour Application Question(s): What qualities should a good receptionist have? Do you have experience as a receptionist? This is not a sit-down receptionist job as you are in charge of handling dogs and walking them to and from suites and the daycare yard. Are you okay being on your feet a lot and do you have experience handling dogs? What is your availability to work? This is a very fast-paced job where you're both gathering important information from customers, handling dogs, answering phones, and using our software system. Discuss your experience in a fast-paced environment? Tell us about your customer service experience? Have you been an assistant manager of reception (front of house) in the service industry? Please discuss your experience. Do you have references from prior managers you've worked for as we check references.
