• Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Owner/Manager for restaurant Operation & Sales
• Communicate with Franchise HQ for general restaurant operation
• Assist customers with their seafood selections and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized Dining & Kitchen area
• Receive, inspect, and stock seafood products
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of seafood inventory
• Provide information to customers regarding different types of seafood, cooking methods, and recipes
• Operate cash register and handle monetary transactions accurately
• Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications:

• Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries effectively
• Knowledge of different types of seafood and their characteristics
• Basic math skills for Daily Closing task
• Administrative skills for handling cash transactions and maintaining records
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
